In the event an insufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries are received in any one Project Category, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner from any other Project Category. Sponsor and Judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

As part of the judging process, Nominees may be required to provide additional information relating to both the Nominee and his/her Organization, at Sponsor’s request. The judging panel will then re-evaluate each Nominee based on the additional information garnered to determine the Nominee who will receive the ‘Innovator of the Year Award.’

6. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION PROCESS: The potential winners along with the remaining Finalists will be notified on or about July 12, 2019 via email.
